Members of the Hono group have recently completed the second Waitakere City-Huntington Beach, sister city event at Huntington Beach, California in Los Angeles (click here).  The event included:

1. Main Street event on 20/21 September 2008 visited by 20,000 people over two days;
   

2. dinner by special invitation for corporate and council invitees featuring New Zealand food, wine and culture;
   

3. function at New Zealand Residency by invitation of the NZ Consul with 50 travel agents.
